About The Villa

Newly built to the highest standard, Eirini is an idyllic two bedroom villa in Zakynthos, Greece, encircled by a mix of shady cypress and pine trees, leafy vine pergolas, beautiful lush bougainvillaeas and charming paved pathways. With a sandy beach right at your doorstep, spend the day alternating between the pool and the sparkling sea. Best suited towards small families, couples, and small groups of friends, Eirini promises guests plenty of space, alongside rustic, minimalist interiors and intricate furnishings.

Inside, the villa incorporates real materials into every room to achieve its neo-rustic style, featuring natural paints, wood, marble, and iron, all on display in soft earth tones. The living room is a cosy space, bathed in natural light, perfectly complemented by coastal vistas and the soothing sounds of distant waves. Eirini comfortably accommodates up to four guests, offering two fully equipped kitchens, one of which is outdoors with a barbecue. Both the double and master bedrooms boast super-double beds for added comfort, and thoughtfully chosen art and lighting complete the villa’s interiors with style.

Outside, the garden provides areas for guests to relax, with verandas, two outdoor dining areas, and a neighbouring heated swimming pool, providing the perfect setting for guests to enjoy evenings filled with laughter, love and delicious meals out in the fresh air with family or friends. In its prime location, Eirini sits right on the sandy beach of Ammoudi and is exceptionally close to Psarou. Some more beaches can be found a little further out, with some excellent options for both snorkelling and sunbathing. Zante Town, or Zákynthos, is just fifteen kilometres from the villa, ideal for lovers of Greek cuisine, whilst the Port of Agios Nikolaos Volimes sits seventeen kilometres away.
