About The Villa

Nestled in a quiet olive grove on the hillside, this newly-built villa guarantees incredible, calming views of the Ionian Sea, within walking distance of the neighboring town of Nidri and just five hundred meters from the stunning Passa beach, known for its emerald waters and relaxing nature.

The first floor of the villa is home to all six bedrooms, each featuring a private en suite. The rooms are adorned with custom-crafted solid oak furniture and luxurious natural-textured fabric furnishings, adding a truly distinctive touch to the villa, with every bathroom featuring its own walk-in shower. The villa adopts a very light and airy ambiance, with the ground floor’s open plan living room and kitchen area with a breakfast bar opening out onto the terrace, an ideal spot for a meal with a view at any time of day.

Outside, the villa’s infinity pool is one of the longest pools on the island, at a staggering fifteen metres, and coupled with a large terrace for sun loungers, you’ll always have the perfect spot for both sunbathing and taking in the unique sights of Sparti and beyond. Further expand your horizons walking down to Nidri and taking a short ferry to the nearby island of Meganisi, known for its array of beautiful harbours stretching across the coastline.
