About The Villa

Sprinkled across the slopes above St Stephano are several tiny hamlets, where time has not stood still but seems to run at a rather more leisurely pace. Such is the setting for this delightfully restored rustic cottage, secluded in tranquility, surrounded by its own sun-soaked vineyards, and subtly enhanced by contemporary facilities including air conditioning. Within the house, the kitchen is open-plan to a comfortable and characterful sitting/dining room, which shares the ground floor with a bedroom and shower room; while the master suite occupies the floor above, with fabulous views from its private balcony.Outside, a beautiful stone terrace is furnished for al fresco dining and shaded beneath a vine-cloaked pergola, and a gorgeous infinity pool is sunk into a sunny terrace with views over the treetops to the sea beyond.  In tempting hiking territory, the hillsides here are threaded with tracks to abandoned villages and amazing views. There are shops in Sinies, 2km from the villa, and a cluster of coastal villages, beaches and bays are within a 7km drive.
