Positioned at the end of Reed’s point and on the south west coast of the Caribbean, this phenomenal villa has unmatched architecture, views and facilities.
Hibiscus house is an exceptionally large and elegant villa where family or friends can spend their time living in pure luxury.
On the first floor, an open plan living, kitchen and dining area holds centre stage. The living area is furnished to the highest standard, the kitchen is modern and fully equipped, and the outdoor dining area has incredible picturesque views of the Caribbean sea and its Antiguan surroundings. Bifold doors separate the living and dining area to give guests the option to keep rooms separate, or enjoy a seamless indoor, outdoor lifestyle. A media room and study is also situated on this floor providing views over Jolly Harbour.
On the ground floor, there are two double bedrooms with shower room en suites and dressing rooms, both with bounds of light and charming sea views. Whilst on the lower ground floor, there is an additional double bedroom with en suite and a gym with shower room, perfect for any guests who are looking to keep fit whilst on holiday.
The second floor is where the master bedroom is situated. This room is the pièce de résistance, with a seated balcony, dressing room and an en suite with freestanding silver bath, thoughtfully placed in front of shuttered french doors, overlooking boats in the crystal clear ocean. Two double bedrooms are also located on this floor with shower room en suites and terrace.
Outside, guests can enjoy the private infinity pool, al fresco area complete with a barbecue, shared tennis court and private steps down to a sandy beach. This outside area is perfectly positioned to watch the sunsets every evening.
Local amenities such as shops and restaurants are just a five minute drive or ten minute walk away, providing guests with privacy and peace within their villa, but the opportunity to explore at their fingertips.

Tourism guest levy is due to be paid on arrival, USD 5 per guest per night, for all guests over the age of 6.
Where the property is located there is 24-hour security on entry to Jolly Harbour and additional security for Reeds Point all included in rental.
