Villa Koti is a spacious detached villa in a location convenient for Kalkan's old town, beach, harbour, shops and restaurants at around 10 minutes’ walk away. Constructed in local stone, this property has immense character and some great outdoor spaces in which to relax both inside, and outside on the pool and dining terraces. The balcony extends the entire width of the property on the first and 2nd floors and enjoys lovely views.
A sunken swim up bar in the pool with submerged bar stools is is a special feature of the outdoor space that offers areas to sunbathe and a shaded dining terrace.
The garden is a lovely feature of the property, with several Olive trees dotted about.
Inside the accommodation is arranged over three floors, with two double bedrooms with shower room ensuites on the first floor and a bedroom with a separate bathroom with freestanding bath on the second floor. Then on a lower ground level there is a separate apartment with bedroom, shower room and kitchen with separate access perfect for teenagers or grandparents alike.
