Villa Deniz is a spacious standalone property with breathtaking views of Kalamar Bay within walking distance to of Kalkan town, the perfect choice for a truly relaxing luxury holiday for a group of friends or large family groups.
Set against a mountain backdrop Villa Deniz boasts magnificent sea views both from the infinity pool and spacious terraces on every floor.
Inside the interiors have a contemporary feel with plenty of light due to the large floor to ceiling windows in the living areas and some bedrooms. The accommodation is set over three levels, with a modern open plan kitchen/living room on the ground floor and then a double bedroom with en suite and balcony , a double bedroom with ensuite and Jacuzzi bath and twin with ensuite on the first floor. On the second floor a double and twin room which share a large balcony and both have ensuites
Below the swimming pool terrace there is games room with a small gym with treadmill perfect for relaxing when sunbathing around the infinity pool with cool jacuzzi gets too much.
When you tire of dining alfresco on the main pool terrace Kalkan and its large selection of shops and restaurants is about a fifteen minute walk downhill. Taxis are readily available for your trip home.
Please note there are 41 steps from the parking area to the entrance of the house.
