Villa Demeter is a breathtaking property nestled on the slope of the Cretan mountains. The villa is characterised by its stylish decor, as well as its tranquil Mediterranean backdrop. The villa is laid out across one floor with modern minimal aesthetics to provide a luxurious and comfortable holiday experience, including entirely wooden furniture and stone walls. The open plan living, dining and kitchen area is incredibly spacious and provides the perfect spot for relaxing and eating after a day exploring the area. The kitchen is fully equipped, whilst the living area includes an extravagant chandelier hanging over the supersized sofa. A small office space with a desk and stool is located by the entrance of the living room. The master bedroom is spacious and airy, designed with a bathroom en suite, cosy neutral tones and direct access to the terrace. The two double bedrooms are similarly furnished, with amazing views of the mountains and a serene feel. 

The villa boasts an extraordinary pool with a built-in Jacuzzi, situated beside an extensive mosaic terrace that includes a bar and outdoor kitchen. Guests will enjoy a refreshment on the large pool terrace, as well as a spot of al fresco dining using the outdoor kitchen that is complete with a grill, wood oven, gas hobs, fridge and wine cooler. Amenities can be found in Agios Nikolaos, just 9km from the property. Local places of interest include Spinalonga, and the mesmerising Caves of Zeus. There are plenty of lovely beaches nearby, including Amoudi which is 8.8km away. The closest airport is Heraklion.
