Villa Cavtat is a wonderfully modern and spacious property ideal for families. This charming property is beautiful inside and out, proudly displaying authentic Croatian limestone across many of its features. Head inside to discover a lovely minimalist living room complete with pops of colour. The dining area and fully-equipped kitchen are similarly stylish. The ground floor also features a bright and airy double bedroom, furnished with an en suite bathroom and access to a small terrace. Upstairs, guests will discover two more bedrooms, each kitted with a bathroom en suite. The exterior of the villa is just as striking, featuring a built-in barbecue and al fresco dining table for memorable starlit suppers. The large pool, surrounded by umbrella-shaded loungers, is the perfect spot to cool off after a day exploring the area. There is also an outdoor bar area.
The villa is located on a quiet road yet remains close to cafes, restaurants and some of the most beautiful beaches in the area. Cavtat is a popular holiday destination, well known for its rich culture and history. Head to the village of Cilipi for a taste of local life and a glimpse of its beautiful, traditional embroidery. Relax, eat well and enjoy the landscape on a scenic walk. Bustling Dubrovnik is just 25 minutes away.

Please note: The access to the property is only accessible by foot via cobbled streets with steps and not suitable for those with walking difficulties.
There is no parking on site. If guests require parking, prior to arrival and with notice, a host can arrange for a parking permit in a secured public parking 300 meters away at an extra cost.
Regular boat service connects the towns of Cavtat, Plat, Mlini, Srebreno and Dubrovnik in a convenient system of water buses which stop directly in the Dubrovnik’s old city port. You can avoid traffic jams on the roads and hot buses by taking the sea route.
