Villa Adriatic is a stylish and modern property located in the serene village of Orasac. The spacious living room allows abundant light, whilst the dining area and fully-equipped kitchen provide the perfect spaces for dining together. On the lower ground floor, guests will be wowed by the indulgent spa area, complete with a luxurious Jacuzzi and sauna. Perfect for families and large groups, this villa spans across three storeys, with five en suite bedrooms designed to accommodate ten guests. Each lovely bedroom is complete with its own en suite. If further accommodation is required, Villa Adriatic's sister villa (Villa Lily) just next door can also be rented to accommodate eight more.
The villa is located just a short drive from Dubrovnik. The Old Town is definitely worth a visit, complete with fascinating architecture and picturesque streets lined with cafes and restaurants. There are also plenty of wonderful pebbly beaches close to the villa. The closest airport is Dubrovnik, 33km away.
If you require accommodation for more guests, Villa Adriatic has a sister villa (Villa Lily) just next door, which can also be rented to accommodate eight more.
Flexible changeover day. Minimum nights - 7 NIGHTS FROM July 1 - Aug 31, 5 NIGHTS FROM MAY 1 - JUNE 30 & SEP 1 - OCT 31, AND 4 NIGHTS FOR REMAINING DATES.

Please note that pool heating will usually bring the water temperature up to approximately 10 degrees higher than the night time temperature. As such in early or late season if the nights time temperatures are low, guests may still find the pool feels cold despite heating.
