A fabulous family friendly villa built in a traditional style with a modern contemporary interior, situated in 6 acres of its own olive grove only fifteen minutes away from some of the most beautiful locations in the northern part of the Salento region.
Masseria Eterea is a beautiful, traditionally designed villa with a modern and contemporary interior, a very well equipped kitchen, heatable pool with beach area and outdoor living area. Situated in northern part of the Salento region, in a rural setting, the house lies in 6 acres of olive groves, between Ostuni, San Michele Salentino, Carovigno, San Vito Dei Normanni and Ceglie Messapica, all these towns are within easy reach and are considered to offer some of the best restaurants and food in Puglia. Around 20 minutes from the sandy beaches of Torre Santa Sabina, Specchiolla and the renowned nature reserve and beautiful beaches of Torre Guaceto. The location offers a variety that few can match, culinary pleasures, historical exploring or just wishing get away from it all, this is a wonderful peaceful place to relax and unwind.
The house has an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue and pizza oven, a large gazebo covered area for alfresco dining. The 11m x 5m pool is 1m to 1.4m deep, it has “beach” area for lying in shallow waters whilst enjoying the sun and is overlooked by another gazebo to provide shade.Inside there is a light and airy living space including an open plan kitchen, dining and a lounge area with sofas and smart TV and WiFi. Three sets of French doors leading out to the pool and outdoor dining area. On the ground floor there are three double bedrooms (one can be used as a twin if required), all with spacious en suite shower rooms and built in wardrobes. There is also a guest cloakroom and the house is fully air conditioned.On the first floor there is a generously sized master suite, which has an en suite shower room with double basins and a large walk in shower. This bedroom has access to a large private balcony terrace, and there is also a west-facing communal terrace with open views over the olive groves.
Shops and inexpensive informal family friendly restaurants can also be found in Ceglie Messapica, San Michele Salentino and in and around other local villages. Many local villages host atmospheric food festivals and concerts. Beautiful sandy beaches including Torre Guaceto and others within easy driving distance. Day trips on yachts can be enjoyed during the season. Cycling is also very popular and bicycles (with guides if required) can also be hired. Salento, this area of southern Puglia is a unspoilt pocket of southern Europe dotted with beautiful towns, villages and superb restaurants. Interesting half day trips include visiting the magnificent baroque town and upmarket shopping of Lecce.

Arrival between 16:00 - 20:00. For arrivals between 20:00 - 22:00, a late arrival fee of €30 will be charged, payable in cash locally. For arrivals after 22:00, €50 will be charged. Departure by 10:00.
