This luxury villa, open plan in design and complemented by stylish interior décor, has uninterrupted views across Martinhal Bay to the sandy beach. The first floor has a modern, well-equipped kitchen, with a spacious living area opening to a terrace with outdoor dining area, boasting views over the garden towards the beach. There is also a built-in barbecue and small outdoor food preparation area with sink, perfect for cooking and dining al fresco. The three spacious bedrooms are found on the ground floor, and all have well-appointed en suite bath or shower rooms and patio doors opening to the pool area and gardens. On the lower ground floor there is a games room with pool table and a home cinema, perfect for family fun. Outside, the private heated pool is set in pretty landscaped gardens, and the beach and Martinhal Beach resort facilities are not far away.
